I’m ridiculously excited to be a part of “Spokane’s Got Talent 2010″
The competition is STACKED! The house is gonna be PACKED!
I’m ready to make an IMPACT! To end up winning it all, IN FACT!
Haha. It’s laaate and I’m an insomniac, excuse the lame rhyme.
I really just wanted to say “Thank all of you involved for selecting me
as one of the twenty finalists in the show.” It’s an honor to get to
perform in front of the many Spokanites that inhabit our great city!
Good luck to all the other finalists…let’s all show ‘em what we got!

There is surely a lot of talent in Spokane, however, the politics of this competition are unfair and even infringe on the basic rights of many skilled artists. Some artists have been deliberately denied opportunity to compete due to a political agenda, and this is not in keeping with basic human rights or the freedom of expression. Everyone should be given equal opportunity to share their talent, and contests such as these should not be so heavily-weighted on the side of only specific types of skills-as it clearly is. If this is a singing and music competition-it should be called ‘Spokane Idol’, not ‘Spokane’s Got Talent.’
We all know Spokane has talent-but that is NOT represented here. Stand up for art & passion in performance…choose to side with those who seek to have represented an equal display of well-rounded skills in a ‘talent’ competition. Quality, Equality & True Talent, NOT politics, please!
We support equality!

Not really very representative of ‘talent’ in Spokane.
Stacey thank you for your input for improving upon this event. This year 75% of the auditions were music acts. Singers, bands and musicians are a big portion of the entertainment and talent in the Spokane area. We would love to see more variety in the show in areas of comedy, magic, dance and more! Moving forward, we will use your comments to improve upon the variety included within the event we are trying to build for the community.
